1. Acceptance of Terms.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any forms, content, or services offered through it (collectively, the “Site”), which is owned and operated by All Strength Fitness and Performance (“All Strength,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 97B Seaboard Lane, Brentwood, Tennessee. By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting information through it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site.
2. No Medical Advice; No Provider-Patient Relationship.
The Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the Site, or submission of a request through it, does not create a provider-patient, practitioner-client, or other professional relationship between you and All Strength or any individual associated with it. Any such relationship arises only upon completion of an in-person evaluation and execution of All Strength’s applicable consent and intake documents. In the event of a medical emergency, you should call 911 or seek immediate care from a qualified provider.
3. Permitted and Prohibited Use.
You may use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site; (d) transmit any unlawful, false, defamatory, abusive, or harmful material; or (e) copy, scrape, or reproduce the Site or its content for commercial purposes. All Strength reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at its sole discretion.
4. Information You Submit.
You represent that any information you provide through the Site is accurate and complete. You agree not to submit detailed medical or health history through any Site form. All Strength’s collection, use, and disclosure of information you submit is governed by its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By submitting a form on the Site, you expressly consent to be contacted by All Strength by telephone, text message, and email, including through automated means, at the contact information you provide, regarding your inquiry, scheduling, and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or HELP for assistance, or by contacting us using the information below. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
6. Promotional Offers.
Promotional offers presented on the Site, including any discounted initial evaluation or discounted first month of services, are subject to the terms stated in the offer, are available to eligible new clients only, apply solely to the initial evaluation or first billing period as stated, and may not be combined with any other offer unless All Strength expressly agrees otherwise in writing. All Strength reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Such links are provided for convenience only. All Strength does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any third-party website.
8. Intellectual Property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties.

ALL STRENGTH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS FROM PHYSICAL THERAPY, TRAINING, OR ANY OTHER SERVICE VARY, AND NOTHING ON THE SITE CONSTITUTES A GUARANTEE OF ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.
10. Limitation of Liability.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL STRENGTH AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT.
11. Modifications.
All Strength may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site following any such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law; Venue.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Williamson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Severability; Entire Agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Strength regarding the Site.
